One of the most explosive rock bands, Nickelback, has announced their tour dates throughout South Africa in November/December. And guess where they are coming? Port Elizabeth! (Yes, you read correctly!) Fans will be able to see these rocking stars live in Port Elizabeth on 1 December at the EPRU Stadium.

Another famous and awesome rock band coming to Port Elizabeth is LIVE! They will be heading their way to the friendly city in October and will be blowing our minds away in NMMU.

Unite of the Stars Gala Banquet started off as a corporate entertainment evening and fundraising for hunger. It has now progressed into the most celebrated event on the South African events calendar. This prominent gala banquet aims to bring people of all backgrounds together with a common goal of bettering the future of less fortunate people. It hosts a variety of International and South African entertainers and this year British super star Will Young will be among them! 80’s Pop stars Bananarama, The Italian Patrizio Buanne and the Jazz sensation, Rene Olstead, will be joining Will Young on stage. This event promises to be unforgettable and will be here in Port Elizabeth on 5 November 2006 at the EPRU Stadium.

Port Elizabeth in the past has hosted many fantastic artists namely Bryan Adams, Britney Spears, Counting Crows, UB 40, West Life and many more! These events prove that some famous stars do head their way to good old Port Elizabeth. It is not just a quiet city anymore!
